Over thirty years ago, the Robichaud brothers started with an idea, and built a business from the ground up. Today, the company employs at least twenty people, including some of the Robichaud children. Michel's eldest son Philippe used to work there during summer holidays, his younger son David now works summers and is studying refrigeration. Jean-Guy's son Jean-Francois currently works there part-time, while studying mechanical engineering in Montreal.
Jean-Guy remains as president and Michel the vice-president. In addition to everything they have learned over the years, they always make sure they stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, regulations and building codes by attending seminars and refresher courses, and continuously upgrading their equipment and qualifications.
